Veterinarian
Dr. John Harroff grew up in Salem, Ohio, and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1969. He founded this practice in 1974, serving the community with dedication and care for four decades. In 2014, he passed the torch to Dr. Robinson and Dr. Peurifoy, both of whom began their veterinary careers working in the kennels under his guidance. Today, Dr. Harroff continues to be a valued part of the team, working three days a week, where he focuses on performing ear crops. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Harroff enjoys spending his time with his wife, two daughters, and one granddaughter. He has a passion for playing Bingo, building intricate model toy train sets, and practicing goat yoga, which he finds both relaxing and fun. Dr. Harroff’s long-standing commitment to veterinary medicine and his engaging hobbies make him a beloved member of both the clinic and the community.
